The Hoag OC Marathon offers a unique experience for runners of all levels. Starting in the picturesque Newport Beach, the course winds through beautiful neighborhoods and finishes at the OC Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa. The first half of the route delights with stunning coastal views and affluent neighborhoods of Newport Beach. The second half takes runners through the bustling urban environment of Costa Mesa, offering a variety of landscapes and endurance challenges. Support along the course is commendable. Volunteers provide numerous aid stations, and spectators cheer on the participants. The post-race atmosphere at the OC Fair and Event Center is lively and festive, with plenty of refreshments and unique medals.
