This is a Healthy Heart! Healthy Mind! event presented by SI Dance, organized by Colonial Sports, Hosted and sponsored by Billsburg Brewery. Proceeds support  Si Dance Studio. Runners and Walkers will start and Finish just outside the Billsburg Brewery picnic area.  This is a USATF certified 5K course VA20012RT.  Awards go to the Top Three males and females overall and the top three male and females in age groups 10 and under, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-74, 75 and over.  Top three male and female Walkers.

All runners and walkers receive a custom long sleeve race T, first 300 registered receive a beautiful custom die-cast finisher medal, post race food, entertainment and a complimentary Billsburg beer ( for those of legal drinking age).
