Please join us for our 2024 Dash and Splash, hosted by the North Central Kansas Medical Center Wellness Committee! Our event this year will be a 5k run/1 mile walk that begins and end at Broadway Plaza. Registration begins at 7:00 am and the race begins at 7:30 am. Cool off at the splash pad after getting in your exercise, or join in with fellow employees/community members for yard games! Snacks and drinks will be provided following the race. Your family is encouraged to join! Prizes will be awarded! Register by May 17th to receive a t-shirt.
