MLK Workout / 2 Mile Run
Join us as we celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a 2-mile workout run! The workout will consist of obstacle walls, 25 burpees, 20-yard bear crawls, 50 push-ups, 100 body squats, 40 plank arm lifts & a 2-mile run (8 laps around the track).
