Nasty Nuttby Killer 5k

The Hardest, Hottest, Highest 5k in Nova Scotia! Do something hard this summer!

After more than 20 years, the Nasty Nuttby Killer 5k is back in the Cobequid Hills in Summer 2023. Event participants will run, walk, and crawl to the top of Nuttby Mountain in Colchester County. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe event for all participants, volunteers and spectators, highlight the local area and businesses all while being mindful of our environmental impact throughout.

Beautiful Nuttby Mountain is the highest runnable point in mainland Nova Scotia. The run will entail approximately 200 meters elevation gain up to the windmills with no significant downhills. This will be a timed event with overall and age class winners announced. But... you can probably forget the PRs! Prizes for the King and Queen of the mountain!

Thanks to the generous contributions of our great sponsors, we are able to offer one of the lowest general registrations for a 5k race in the Province. For only $24 ($19 for members of Run Nova Scotia), you get a chip-timed race in an awesome location, a collapsible water bottle, and a drawstring kit bag packed with high quality sponsor items and discount coupons!
