* Chip timed flat, scenic and fast course through the streets and trails of Medford Lakes.
* Pre-register for event either online or in-store at any Murphy's Fresh Markets location.
* This year’s race will allow bike riders, ages 10 and older, to ride the course.
* Bike ride is not timed and E-Bikes are not allowed.
* Bike riders will start promptly at 8:00am and runners will start at 8:15am
*Race Day runner entries accepted at $35 per participant/ Pre-registration fee is $30
* Race Day Registration will start at 7:00am in Murphy's Fresh Market (Medford) rear parking lot
* Race Day Bike entries accepted at $20 per participant; Pre-registration fee is $15
* Event shirts for all pre-registrants, race day as available.  Overall and age-group awards.
