Mt. Moriah 5K

Mt. Moriah 5K (MMOI5K) was developed to assist our soup kitchen with providing thanksgiving meals for the local community. Since 2021, we have served over 750+ meals for thanksgiving and christmas. All net proceeds will benefit the soup kitchen and their thanksgiving meals. Race will happen rain or shine (no refunds).

This course is certified by the USATF and part of the Columbia Running Club- Tour de Columbia. The race starts/ends at Mt. Moriah Outreach Inc. FREE parking along Broad Street or Second Chance Solutions. This course is designed to be a sprint 5K for personal records (PR) purposes. Dogs (must be on leash) are welcomed.

If you register more than one person, you will save 5% "per" registrant. Virtual 5K participants are "not" eligible for in-person awards.

14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-75, 75 and up. No Double Dipping)
