Moving on Main is a fun, 5k run that begins and ends in historic Downtown Laurens, SC. The route is straight up beautiful and historic West Main Street, turn around at the mid-way point and head back to the square for the finish line and all the activites that are part of the City of Laurens' Piedmont Blues and Roots festival.

Event details and schedule

Late registration and packet pick up will begin at 8AM on race day. The start line will be near United Community Bank, located at 101 West Main Street, Laurens, SC.

The course will be on asphalt and will be on historic West Main St. The start of the race will have a slight incline and will be a slight decline after the turnaround.

Roads in downtown Laurens will be closed beginning at 8:30AM on Saturday, May 6. Parking will be availabe at United Bank and in three Public Parking areas in downtown. 

PLease wear your normal running attire.
