Event details
Come check out the Middleton Heart Run, in the beautiful Heart of the Valley, on the morning of Sunday August 13th.
This is part of the Run Nova Scotia Series
All distances will be chip-timed.
The run has a challenging but rewarding terrain meant to bring beginners and seasoned runners together for one awesome run!
Distances are: 5KM, 10KM, or Half Marathon. Water stops will be available along each route: the 5 KM route will have one stop, the 10KM will have a minimum of 2 stops and the HALF will have a minimum of 5 stops.
All events begin at 8:30AM
All distances will start and finish at the Rotary Park in Middleton, where there will be refreshments before and after the run.
Check-in and same-day registration starts at 7:00AM
Early Registration is $45.00 for all distances, and all participants will receive a finishers medal, and another special swag item
