Come join the fun and burn off a few extra calories in anticipation of that big Thanksgiving meal. Our fast USATF certified course will take you through the picturesque Borough of Medford Lakes. There are mile markers on the course. The race is professionally ChronoTrack chip timed with same day internet results.  

The race is dedicated to David Nimmer with all net proceeds going towards a charitable trust that benefits construction of ADA-compliant access to various buildings, beaches, and pavilions around the Borough.

Awards to top Male and Female and 3 deep male and female in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+

Pre-registered runners can pick up their bibs and T-shirts on Wednesday 11/27 inside of Vaughan Hall from 12:00 pm until 4:30 pm or on Race Day from 7:00 am - 8:00 am.

Non-Perishable Food Donations Accepted for the Medford Lakes Lions Food Bank.  Donation boxes will be inside of Vaughan Hall on race morning and at early packet pick-up.
