This is the 2nd annual Leftover 5k run/ 2k walk. Instead of a traditional turkey trot. We are having you run off that turkey dinner on Saturday morning. We will you get rid of the leftover for Thanksgiving dinner. All our awards are the leftovers from our friends of the Canaan Valley Running Company and The PVFD triathalon races. This a fun, unique event. All proceeds will go to the Eastern Mountains Young Life.

Event details and schedule

The race will start at 10am on Saturday November 30th. 

The race will start in Mill Race Park in Parsons, WV.  You will run around the park, cross the bridge over the Blackfork River. You will then turn into the Nursery Bottom, run aroung the Nursery Bottom. Come back out of the Nursery Bottom, go back across the bridge and finish in Mill Race Park.
