• 5K Timed Run - In-person event on October 5, 2024 in John Prince Park (start 7:30am)
  Registration fee for timed run includes t-shirt, chip, bib, and finisher medal
  
  Awards to 1st/2nd/3rd place overall, 1st place master, 1st place grandmaster. Age group awards to 1st/2nd/3rd place in 5-year increments from 14 and under, 15-19,...75 and over)
  
  
  
• 5K Walk (untimed) - In-person event on October 5, 2024 in John Prince Park (start 7:32am)
  Registration fee for non-timed includes t-shirt, bib, and finisher medal.
  
  
  
• 5K Virtual Event - Run/Walk a 5K at your own place between September 29 and October 13, 2024
  Registration fee includes t-shirt, finisher medal, virtual bib and finisher certificate.

100% of race proceeds go toward CROS Ministries' hunger programs.
