What is the Holland Micro[brew] Marathon?  The ‘race’ itself is a parody on a traditional marathon (which is 26.2 miles) since you will run/walk 0.262 miles (a little over a ¼ mile).  This event is a fundraiser for the West Ottawa Cross Country and Track & Field programs as well as SHORE Track Club. 

How is works?  You register for the race.  On race day show up anytime between between 6-8pm to complete your Micro Marathon.  The race itself will be a rolling start (after you check-in you can start whenever you're ready).  Once you finish you get a drink token to get a free drink at the brewery as well as the first 100 registrations will get a coveted custom FINISHER pint glass.
