Mind & Muscle Charitable 5K Race Series:

Join Mind & Muscle of Wellington, December 14 for the Holiday Hustle 5k Race/Walk! Shake off the stress of the holidays and get your body moving- all while supporting a great organization! Well-Help provides food and other assistance to families in need throughout Wellington and the surrounding townships. 

Race begins and ends in front of Wellington Town Hall in Downtown Wellington at 9:00am.
