Community 5k Run/Walk with the staff, students, and families of San Diego Unified School District.

The goal of our event is to promote members of the community to feel energized (or re-energized!) to prioritize their health, and learn about the benefits of regular physical activity through experience, education, peer support, and prompted reflection. We are also advocating for members of the community to lead and advocate for safe and fun physical activity opportunities and understand the benefits to community health and health equity.
