The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences Healing Clinic is hosting its Ninth Annual Heel-to-Heal 5K fundraiser! The race will be in person this year and all pre-race fundraising will be virtual. Sign up and collect donations to keep our free clinics running and earn raffle tickets when you reach various fundraising thresholds. All proceeds will go towards clinic operations, including but not limited to covering the cost of patient lab tests, HIPAA compliant telehealth platforms, Personal Protective Equipment, administrative upkeep, and startup costs for our new Homeless Medicine Initiative branch. We are challenging each participant to raise $83, which covers the cost of labs for a night in clinic! Together, we can reach our goal of $5,000!
