Ismail for the seventh annual NYC Gaza 5K!

The NYC event, now in its seventh year, takes place at the gorgeous Prospect Park in Brooklyn and is your chance to provide life-enhancing mental health support to Palestine refugees in the Gaza Strip.

If you haven't done a Gaza 5K before, you're in for a real treat! This event includes a 5K walk/run, breakfast, coffee, music by DJ Fatin, dabke dancing, fundraising prizes, and more.

Do I have to be vaccinated to participate in person?

Yes, you must be fully vaccinated to attend the in-person event. Please see our COVID-19 guidelines, including vaccination requirements.

We aim to raise $350,000 by March 5 to directly employ UNRWA counselors in Gaza. These counselors will provide refugee students with individual and group counseling sessions. The more you raise, the more we can do!
