Extra Mile fun run/walk uses the city pathways. We ask everyone to be mindful of the crosswalks, cars on the road and are familiar with the route. Anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This is a fun, energetic, themed and organized group run to help you stay motivated during May.  Again, these runs are intended to be fun, relaxed and a way to run on some amazing routes in the region.  Extra Mile is solely offering a location to meet up.  If you are running longer distances, be sure to bring your own water.
