You choose! Start the morning off with a FREE fun run, join for FREE Yoga or try one of the sample workouts from local gyms! When you finish, peruse local fitness businesses while they showcase their unique ways to reach your fitness-related goals! There are limited spots in the free yoga session and workout samples. Please only sign up if you are for sure planning on attending.
