Fit for Life! First Annual Walk
Join the Spanish Lake Walking Club as we host our First Annual Fit for Life! 1-5K Walk. Come out and learn about the programs and services available, and most importantly, it is free. Walking is a safe and effective way to manage your weight. It can reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke. Walking helps to improve your mood, sleep quality, and can lower blood pressure. Walking helps to prevent and manage your arthritis by building bone mass and reducing your risk of osteoporosis. More importantly, walking can significantly reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
