You can choose to participate in two ways: Donate here and/or sign up via the links above to participate in a virtual run/walk of 3 miles (all proceeds will go to support the charity). 

 

VIRTUAL RUN / WALK - HOW IT WORKS:

1. Sign-up for the 3-mile Run Walk

2. Between November 5th and 13th complete your selected run/walk on a course of your choice 

3. Post results via the "Results" tab in the top right of this page

4. Upload photos to the "Photos" tab in the top right of this page (optional)
