<p>The Easterseals Central Illinois Community Rally is a celebration of our Easterseals families and an invitation to our Central Illinois community to join us in our vision of inclusion and empowerment; combining the Run, Walk &amp; Rally Bloomington-Normal, the Easterseals Central Illinois Telethon, and the Run, Walk &amp; Rally Peoria into one community celebration.</p>
