Dune Marathon is a race in 42K, 21K and 10K format organized by Geo-Planet Eventos with Makalu Adventure Travel & Tours. It takes place in the spectacular setting of the Dune of Merzouga (Morocco). Temperature may range from 11-20 degrees centigrade. The race is practically flat but will include two sectors with dunes. All participants will run with a geolocator and there will be several support vehicles, although the circuit is easy to run and very visible.
