The ‘Cold Hands, Warm Heart’ 5K Fun Run is an event open to all. It is occurring at The SportLab on Sunday, February 13th at 9 am.

The cost to participate is $5.

For the first time we are offering the opportunity for you (and anyone you know) to donate towards our community initiative to install another public access defibrillator! (You can donate even if you don’t wish to run.)

The event starts and finishes at The SportLab (68 West Road, Huntsville) following our heart shaped 5K route. This is an untimed, participation event to encourage us all to get outdoors and get active. A safe and welcoming social setting to meet and mingle with fellow runners.

Following our run, we will meet back at The SportLab to enjoy some outdoor refreshments (yes, the Mexican hot chocolate will be back) and LOTS of prizes!

We are excited to celebrate the day of love with all of you!
