Wear your Christmas gear- and put your requests in early with Santa!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas… Just keep telling yourself that while you chart this 5K course in the sweltering heat of July! Join us at the notorious Waterfront Park for this Christmas in July 5K! Come decked out in your Christmas gear and bring the kids for a special summer visit with Santa.

SUMMER SANTA is on a MISSION

Santa’s off the clock and serving with Safe Passage! This race benefits Safe Passage, an organization working to end child trafficking in Kentucky. Child trafficking is real and it’s happening right here. We provide intervention and support so today’s survivors can heal, and we provide education and awareness to prevent it from happening to another kid tomorrow. We are in this fight to end it.

Event Schedule

8:00 - 8:50 Tent is open for bib and t-shirt pick up
8:50 Gather at the starting line
9:00 Race begins

We will be serving  
+ Chocolate chip cookies and iced-coffee
+ Water and granola bars will also be available
+ Santa is coming, so bring the kids!
+ Awards will take place after the race (gift-cards)

Parking
Parking is easy. There is one parking lot directly connected to the registration area, and many more parking lots are located up and down River Road. Look for our tents under the bridge at the "Big Four Lawn".
