- FULL EVENT INFORMATION: The East China Educational Foundation proudly offers the 14th annual Chili-heart 5K run / 2 Mile walk on Saturday, February 8, 2025 - Registration 8:00-8:45am, race from 9:00am-10:30am. Participants can enter to join us in-person or take part virtually. Additionally, the East China Educational Foundation is proud to add a CHILI COOK-OFF from 10:30am-12:30pm, as part of the event.
- CHILI-HEART 5K Run / 2-Mile Walk: Registration ($25) is now open for this running/walking event, happening on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at St. Clair Middle School, 4335 Yankee Road, St. Clair MI 48079. Registration & Packet Pick-up is from 8:00-8:45am, race starting at 9:00am, awards at 10:30am. Virtual participation is available and encouraged! Virtual racers can pick up their T-Shirt & Medal on Friday, February 7 (3:00-5:00pm at St. Clair Middle School, 4335 Yankee Road, St. Clair MI 48079. How does a Virtual Race work? Just register and run/walk whenever you'd like. No awards are given to virtual runners/walkers, but we appreciate your commitment and registration! - CHILI-HEART CHILI COOK-OFF: Registration is now open to COMPETE IN ($25) or ATTEND ($15) the event. Competitors please just bring your chili, extension cord for power, and serving spoon. Arrive on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at St. Clair Middle School between 9:00-10:15am to set-up in the SCMS Gym for this event. A table, cups for your chili, and utensils will be provided by ECEF. ATTENDEES are encouraged to attend to taste test the chili from 10:30-12:00pm, voting for their favorite chili. Awards will be tallied, given and completed between 12:00-12:30pm.
