Cherry Mile & Cherry Kid's Fun Run

It's Mile Night in Traverse City. The Kids Fun Run races along the parade route! The Cherry Mile returns to downtown Traverse City as the fastest milers take to the parade route in this high-speed race. 

The Cherry Kids Fun Run will be an "out-n-back" style race starting and ending at 13th & Oak.  Preregistration is highly suggested. Check-in and registration opens at 5pm and the race takes off at 6pm.

Cherry Mile and Kids Fun Run Information

Check in

Check in for both events is at Trinity Lutheran School, at the corner of 13th and Oak Streets

Course Description Cherry Mile

Course begins on Oak Street, between 12th and 13th Streets.
Proceed north on Oak approximately 1000 meters to Front Street.
Right on Front Street to the finish at the corner of Front and Union Streets. 

Course Description Cherry Kids Fun Run

Course begins on Oak Street, between 12th and 13th Streets. 
Proceed north on Oak to the turn around point (½ mile mark) near the corner of 6th and Oak Streets.
Turn around and return back to the start line, which is also the finish. 

3:30 - 4:30 Adult Races check in (13th & Oak at Trinity Lutheran)

4:45pm Open Men & Women Combined
5:00pm HS Top 16 Girls - Kids Fun Run Check-in Starts
5:15pm HS Top 16 Boys
5:30pm Elite Women
5:45pm Elite Men
