Central Children's Home 6 km Cross Country Run is part of Central Children's Home Cross Country Festival.

17 events throughout the day including NC USATF Championships, USATF Youth divisions and High school invitational. Proceeds in part benefit the Central Children's Home of North Carolina and ACIM Food Pantry.
