Channel your inner SuperHero and come join us for a "Super" morning of racing and family fun. The 5K run/walk can be competitive or casual and we invite all families to participate in the 1 Mile Family Fun Run. Back again this year is the "Super Duper Trike Trek" featuring ten brave riders racing tricycles!

 

COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED!

 

Race Day Registration begins at 7:00 am.

• 5K Run/Walk - $45
• 1 Mile Family Fun Run - $20 (T-shirt not guaranteed)

 

The Super Duper Trike Trek begins at 7:45 am followed by the Family Fun Run at 8:00 am and the 5K at 8:30 am

 

PACKET PICK-UP IS FRIDAY, AUG. 9 at CDR, 150 POINT O'WOODS ROAD, WILLIAMSBURG, FROM 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. 

 

Race medals will be awarded in age group categories for COMPETETIVE Runners and Walkers. All race finishers receive a medal! This is a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event.

 

Not up for a 5K? Then join the 1 Mile Family Fun Run.  All children in the Fun Run will receive a medal and a T-shirt. 

 

The event includes children's activities, food and snacks, music, superheroes from The East Coast Alliance of Cosplayers, and lots of fun!

 

This event is a major fundraiser for CDR and the children we serve. Please consider starting a fundraiser to make your participation have an even greater impact. CDR serves more than 2,300 young children and their families in the Historic Triangle each year by providing individualized therapies and early intervention services to ensure that every child, no matter their circumstances, can reach their full potential.
