The Camp Wyandot Trail Runs take place on the rolling trails of Camp Wyandot campgrounds adjacent to Clear Creek Metro Park. The trail course is a 2.5K loop featuring a mix of hiking and natural trails surrounding the campgrounds and beautiful view of Lake Atagahi at the center of the campground. The Camp Wyandot Trail Runs begins at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, September 30 during a beautiful Ohio Fall sunrise.
The 2.5K course is a loop that starts/finishes near Lake Atagahi. The 20K consists of 8-lap, 10K is 4 laps, 5K is 2 laps and the 2.5K is a single lap. Except for the 2.5K, all laps are timed and accumulated to create your finishing time. The 2.5K is ideal for walkers and beginners looking to support Campy Wyandot and experience their first trail race experience.
Why is this Trail Race Important? All entry fees and event proceeds from the trail run support Camp Wyandot. Camp Wyandot is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit serving youth and families in Ohio. Their mission is to provide an inclusive nurturing environment for youth to have fun, make friends, serve others, and explore the great outdoors.
