Central Delaware to Habitat for Humanity helps low-income families reach their dreams of a place to call home.

When: Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 9am

Where: Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company, 1248 Mcd Drive, Dover, DE (GPS 730 Horsepond Road - next door). Run/Walk is an out and back route on a very flat course.

Silent Hero: Can't participant but would like to show your support? Register as a Silent Hero!

Awards: Special hammer awards to overall male/female and master winners, top 3 male/female runners in 5 year age groups! Top 5 male/female walk finishers. Top 3 Run/Walk in the Virtual 5K.  Virtual times must be submitted to races4u@trisportsevents.com no later 6pm on Sept 5.

Amenities:  Quality Builders Dash 5K" TECH SHIRTS and unlimited soda to all registered participants. Fordham Craft Beer will be available and FREE breakfast sandwich courtesy of Chick-fil-a North Dover   Other post- race festivities, music, kids’ activities, and brewery tours. Each registered participant will receive a ticket for one FREE beer or soda. I.D. card will be required to consume any alcohol beverages.
