Event Details
The workouts are a hill or set of hills (hard up, easy down) for a total of 3 miles, and an easy cool-down mile. We run to the hill together, wait for everyone to finish the workout, and run out together. No one gets left behind. If 5 miles is too much, feel free to scale back on the repeats.
We meet at 6PM at the Newtown Middle School off Richboro Road (116 Richboro Newtown Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
