The Birmingham Track Club is proud to present the 2025 edition of Adam's Heart Runs. One of the BTC's premiere races, participants have the opportunity to select a 5-k, 10-k, or 10-mile distance. The race is held entirely on paved roads in beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. This is not a trail race. All distances are chip timed. 

Highlights of race day:

• Registrants receive a gender-neutral, long-sleeve Sport-Tek shirt. The shirts run a little big, so if you are trying to decide between two sizes, I suggest you go down. You must register by January 10 to be guaranteed a shirt.
• 10-mile race finishers receive a custom dog tag finisher medal.
• Post-race snacks for the whole family
