Please join me in a virtual 5k walk/run on 24 February 2024, as I have a goal to raise funds of at least $10,000 for the SADS Foundation for Brugada Syndrome Research in honor of my brother James N.M. Fox, who passed away from it in 2020. For the month of February; which is heart month, my goal is to spread Brugada Syndrome Awareness, educate, motivate and inspire others to take control of their heart health!
