2. Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk any time that you choose!
3. Send us your results on our online form (your confirmation email will include instructions)
4. Post your pics on our Facebook page (optional)
5. Celebrate your accomplishment and your love of Beer in your commemorative Souvenir Pint Glass
