Already registered, but can't go?

You can transfer your bib to anyone - $2.24 Race Roster fee (To be paid by the new participant)

  1. Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!)
  2. Add the new recipient's email.
  3. Once the transfer is initiated, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.

The original participant is refunded the registration amount and the spot is now available for purchase.

The new participant purchases the bib, plus the $2.24 Race Roster transfer fee.


EVENT DETAILS

Join us on Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at 12pm for the 2nd annual Bootstrap Boogie trail race, presented by the Irving Nature Park. 200+ runners will descend on west Saint John to run some of the most beautiful coastal trails in the Maritimes. Runners will enjoy single track trails, a beach, a dirt road, and boardwalks over a marsh and through the woods. About 99% of it is coastal! The 1st annual event last year sold out in 11hrs!


No race day registration, deferrals, or refunds. Online registration only, which ends on Friday, October 21st at 12pm. There will be no waiting list once the race is sold out, but we will allow transfers.


THE ROUTE

Strava Segment: Bootstrap Boogie

  1. Start at Sheldon Point Trail parking lot.
  2. Run the Sheldon Point Trail, through the pit, to the Beach.
  3. Run the beach to the dirt road
  4. Run the dirt road to the INP
  5. Run the Coastal Loop (Clockwise) around the INP (Includes the boardwalk, and the Frog Trail)
  6. Run back on the Dirt Road, and along the Beach
  7. Run back on the Sheldon Point Trail to roughly the 16km point
  8. Turn left and run the field for the final 1km
  9. Finish at Sheldon Point Parking Lot


One Aid station with hydration will be available in the parking lot to the Irving Nature Park. Access to the aid station will happen two times during the race at ~4km and ~12km.
