On Sunday, September 11, 2022, Blue Cap Family & Friends Association will host the 14th Annual Rose Walk in memory of Rose Fanucce. Rose was a long-time Blue Cap employee who worked directly with the people who receive services and support at Blue Cap.  This event will feature raffles and family activities all while enjoying a great day with family and friends.

Blue Cap is an agency located in Blue Island which has been providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1967.  The individuals receiving Blue Cap’s services reside in the City of Chicago and over 30 suburban communities.

The proceeds from this event will be used to provide year-round fun activities for over 100 participants in Blue Cap’s programing. Some of the events sponsored by the Family & Friends Association are outings such as a trip to the zoo, picnics, and other socially distanced activities.
