Good Day for a Run Returns to Colonial Beach, VA for their 8th Annual COLONIAL BEACH TO BEER 10K/5K Races and 1 Mile Walk. 

This Race Proudly Supports BAMM. 

RACES FEATURE:

• Scenic 5K and 10K Race along the Potomac of Colonial Beach.

• Chip-timing, Live-streamed Results, and Awards

• 5K and 10K Awards are for top 3 Overall and Top 3 per Age Groups Under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, and each decade

• The Course is Flat and Fast! 10K Starts at 9 AM. 5K Starts at 9:05 AM.

• 5K Walkers and all ages welcome to participate, need to be registered, and start on time behind runners at 9:05 AM.

• 1 Mile Walk option available for all ages and starts at 9:08 AM. (Non-timed) **Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee receiving a shirt for 1 Milers. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Oct. 6.

RACES INCLUDE:

• Colonial Beach Brewing & Ice House Brewery will be onsite providing local craft beer options.

• Quality event shirt included or upgrade to Long Sleeve for $6 extra. Women's cut, Adult/Men's, and Youth options. *Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee your first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last for registrants after Oct. 6. 

• ALL Participants receive a Beach to Beer Custom Beer Glass.

AFTER-PARTY FUN:

• Live music by Spike Burton Music performing until Noon

• On-Site Food Truck.

• Various lawn games for the entire family or for you and your friends

• Please bring your own beach chairs or blankets to hang out after in the beautiful water-front park!

• Strollers are permitted. 

• Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals.

• Packet pick-up on race day from 7:30-8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent at Town Hill. Second PPU date TBD will be posted and emailed.
