Join us for a super spooky trail run on October 29th, 9am, at FDR State Park 🎃

Come run some Sunday miles with us on the trails! This is a free event, and we will also be doing a Saucony Peregrine 13 trail shoe demo 👻 

We will meet at Dowdell's Knob, and will be running the Boot Top Loop Trail (approx. 4 miles). Dogs are always welcome, but they must be leashed at all times.

This is a trail run event, so please be prepared for unpaved and uneven surfaces. The run will be approximately 4 miles. Be sure to bring water and snacks if you think you will need it.
