Welcome to "The World's Easiest 5k" where the PE​RSON WHO FINISHES IN THE MIDDLE A WINNER!   The Average Joe Run 5K a unique experience awards both the fastest and the average.  Awards are provided to the Top 2 overall and age groups.  We also provide the Average Joe and Average Jane awards to the participant that finishes in the middle.  This format truly provides the potential for EVERYONE to be the winner.  All participants will receive a custom race bib with RFID timing chip, a colorful Average Joe Run 5K event shirt, an awesome finisher medal, and maybe most important.....DONUTS.  Running a 5K truly earns you a donut, which are available at the finish line for all participants.  It may be the greatest finish line award.

New to the Average Joe Run 5K is our DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT.  We will host a dodgeball tournament at the completion of the 5K run/walk.  All 5K participants are eligible to participate in the tournament.  Teams will consist of 6 player teams.  Games will last either 5 minutes or until all 6 players are eliminated, whichever comes first.  Team will need to pre-register for the tournament by emailing Danny Howard at dhoward@averagejoerun.com.  A tournament bracket will be posted on the Average Joe Run website on Friday March 18, 2022.  Sign up today and enjoy the day of fun!
