2025 Race Information

We are excited to see everyone in person this year at the 2025 Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K, sponsored by Field & Main Bank and 14News. 
The event is being held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at the Vanderburgh County 4H Center, located at 201 E. Boonville-New Harmony Road, Darmstadt, Indiana 47725.
**The original date of Saturday, April 19, was canceled due to stormy weather and safety concerns. The new date is Saturday, June 21.**

Packet Pickup:  Shirts and BIBS for 5K runners, all others shirts can be picked up.

For anyone unable to pick up their shirts early,
we will have all shirts available for pickup on Saturday, June 21, the day of the event, beginning at 7am, at the Vanderburgh County 4H Auditorium.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY
6:30am - Registration Opens for 5K
7:30am - Registration Closes for 5K
7:55am - Singing of the National Anthem
8:00am - 5K Begins
9:15am - Awards for 5K
10:00am - Kids Dash ages 0-4
10:05am - Kids Dash ages 4+
10:30am - Family Walk for Autism (This is a one mile walk!)
12pm - All Events End 

***Those who register *ON or BEFORE* April 5, *WILL* receive a t-shirt with all sponsors!*** 
 

Autism Evansville is not affiliated with any other autism organization, either locally or nationally.  All proceeds from this event stay in our local community.
