In 2018, the Mirpur Runners set out on their adventure with the hope of becoming both physically and emotionally fit.
Running is the earliest form of exercise. Long-distance running is thought to have been a skill acquired by the ancestors of modern humans some 2.6 million years ago, probably for the sake of hunting.
You'll learn how running improves your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness and physical fitness. Additionally, you'll fully comprehend how running can alter your personality.
Your personality can change if you run regular basis. Introverts who once identified as such might experience an extrovert transformation. People with depression frequently recover from it. Anxiety lessens or vanishes.
