Ascend to Freedom 5k/Walk presented by Ascend Fitness and Spa, Vedas Living, Empower Her Network and the Collaborative to End Human Trafficking

Registration and Packet Pickup- 8:00 a.m. Inside the Marriott at Key Tower on the 2nd floor Grand Ballroom.
5K Run & 1 Mile Walk and Yoga- 9:00 a.m. 

Distance

5K Run/Walk- chip timed
1 Mile Walk - non timed
Yoga

This yoga class will be instructed by one of Ascend Fitness and Spa’s talented, certified instructors. In this class, the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Pre-Registration through Wednesday July 5, 2023 at 11:59pm
5k, 1 Mile and Yoga- $30.00

Late Registration after Thursday July 6, 2023 at midnight
5k, 1 Mile and Yoga - $35.00

Awards

Award given to Top Overall Male and Female runners.

Male and Female runners finishing in the top three in each age group will receive awards.

Age Groups: 15 & under, 16-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
