Amate! Love Yourself Challenge! Muevete Chingona is putting on their first ever Love Yourself Challenge!

Challenge yourself to run/walk/hike 75 miles starting January 1-February 14th, 2023!

With this challenge we really want you to do the work. Not only with every mile, but understanding what it means to love yourself. Self-love pushes you to care for your own needs. You'll learn to fill your cup before filling others. We know that we can't pour from an empty cup, so learning to listen to your own needs first will help you develop into the person you strive to be. After this challenge you'll be able to celebrate self-respect, the beauty for you to gain freedom  and to honor your true authentic self.
