Join Alpha Phi for our Move Your Phi't 5K Run/Walk!

Using race roster, you are able to register and complete the race at any point between October 19-26 at any location.

When you register, please select which organisation you are a member of so that you can compete with your sorority/fraternity! (when registering, select "join team created by someone else," then select your organisation)

Heart Disease is the number one cause of death in Canada for women aged 55+. Women are more likely to die from heart disease than any other disease.

Entry fee is $5, will all registration proceeds and donations being directed to the Alpha Phi Foundation in support of Women's Heart Health.
