Event details

Thank you so much for helping fundraise for our school! Saint Agnes is a four-time winner of the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award and a winner of the Green Ribbon Award. Your donation helps our school continue to strive for excellence!

 

The Aggie Extravaganza is a fundraiser which helps raise money for the PTO. The PTO works to help our school be our very best. Fundraising dollars support school events, our teachers and staff, and various improvements at our school.

 

Fundraising Goal: $30,000

 

Event Date: Friday, October 4th

 

Walk Time: 8:30 - 9:15am

 

Registration: $15 (only students register)

  • Includes online fundraising platform, St. Agnes headband, one door prize ticket and spirit wear on the day of the Extravaganza (10/4) and the pep rally (10/29).
  •  Registration deadline is September 27th.
  •  Only students register this year. 
  •  A limited supply of additional headbands will be sold at future spirit wear sales.

School Wide Incentives:

  • $10,000 
    • 10 Yoto Mini Audiobook Players for the library and $300 worth of audiobooks 
    • Each student gets to pick a treat from the "Candy Cart"
  • $20,000 
    • 2 new Xylophones for the music room
    • $1,200 toward classroom amazon wish lists
    • Bounce Houses at Extravaganza 
  • $30,000 
    • 10 new wobble stools for classrooms 
    • New 3D printer for the learning lab
    • Silent Disco at the Extravaganza

Individual Incentives:

  • Everyone who is at school on Friday, October 4th will get 1 door prize ticket to participate in the door prizes, regardless of registration.
  • For every $20 you raise by Wednesday, October 2nd, you will get 1 door prize ticket.
  • During school on Friday, October 4th, you will get to use your tickets to enter to win a variety of door prizes. The more you raise, the more chances you have!
  • The top fundraiser in each class will get to participate in the pep rally on October 29th.
  • Anyone to raise over $1,000 will get to pie Principal Young in the face at the pep rally on October 29th.
  • Bring in $5 cash on Friday, September 13th and wear your pajamas to school that day. 

Class Incentives:

  • The top three classes will get to choose their class party in sequential order:
    • Crumbl Cookie Party
    • Duck Donuts Donut Party
    • Papa John's Pizza Party
       

50% of funds raised by the 8th grade class will go toward their 8th grade field trip (Max $3,000)

50% of funds raised by the 7th grade class will go toward their 8th grade field trip next year (Max $3,000)
