Raise awareness for a great cause - children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities!

On Saturday, May 18th, 2024 Advocates will be hosting its 6th Annual Stroll & Roll 5K at Onondaga Lake Park, (Saw Mill Pavilion at Willow Bay) benefiting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a fun run that includes trophies for the first, second, and third-place winners, complimentary lunch prepared by Chef Jeff, family games, face painting, craft show, swag, and music provided by the Pecan Sandies in a beautiful setting at Onondaga Lake Park. Our special MC is Channel 9's meteorologist John DiPasquale and SU's Otto, Batman, Spiderman, and many other characters will be joining the fun! The race also includes a fabulous online auction, with new packages added weekly, for our racers, families, supporters, and the general public.

𝐀t𝐭e𝐧t𝐢o𝐧 𝐩a𝐫t𝐢c𝐢p𝐚n𝐭s!  There is an event at Long Branch Park on May 18 that requires the closure of the bridge on Long Branch Road. Stroll & Roll participants should approach the park from Route 370 and turn onto Long Branch Road. For questions, please contact Development@advocatesincorporated.org 

Packets will be available for pickup from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon on Monday, May 13; Tuesday, May 14; and Wednesday, May 15 at Advocates (290 Elwood Davis Road, Suite 101, Liverpool).
