Opening Ceremony: 7:15am  - Located in the Amphitheater

Walk over to Start line located near the Pavilion 

Race Time 5K: 8:00 am

Start line located near the pavilion look for yellow start Flag!! 

**All participants are encouraged to be off the course by 9:20am

AWARDS PRESENTATION - will take place at the FINISHLINE AWARDS AREA around 9:45 AM

Entry Fees:

Registration opens on September 24th 2023   

5K - Students Race Entries - will remain $25.00 through Sunday - September 15th 2024 for ** 5 years old - 18 Years old September 30, 2024

Prices increase on all races approximately every 7 to 14 days starting September 24th 2023 until Race day.

Race Day Pricing September 24th 2023 - Prices are as follows

5K Entry 

$30.00 September 24th 2023 thru April 30th 2024  *** EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ***

$35.00   May1st 2024 Thru July 31st 2024

$40.00   August 1st thru August 31st 2024 

$45.00   September 1st thru September 15th 2024

$55.00 September 15th thru Race Day September 28th 2024  

**Student 5K Entry - $25.00 from September 24th 2023 thru September 15th 2024 (Extending through 20th) updated 09/09/2024/RMD

** Student 5K Entry - $55.00 from September 16th at 1201am thru Race Day  - discount offered above through the 20th)

$55.00 for VIRTUAL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS - September 24th 2023 through September 28th 2024 - Packages will be mailed USPS and an additional $10.00 per registrant is added to your registration to mail your SWAG, SHIRT, MEDAL following the race closing.

------- **All Registered participants are encouraged to be off the course within the 90 minutes -----

Participant Give-A-Ways:

Will be Gender specific (Male or Female)  and order per your chest size measurement specified. Mens/Unisex fits like a t-shirt and the Ladies are MORE fitted shirts.

Participants that register before SEPTEMBER 20TH 2024 will be guaranteed shirt in the size selected when registering.                                                        

If you registered after September 20th  11:59pm we cannot guarantee shirts. 

Check back following the race at finish-line / registration tables after the race to see if any are remaining to exchange sizes only.

 

5K Awards: 

Finisher's Medal for the FIRST 200 REGISTERED Participants.

Awards Presentation- to be held at designated FINISHLINE AWARDS AREA estimated around 9:30am  

TOP TEAM that raises the most during their fundraising campaign

 AWARDS for the 5K

MALE overall and 2nd and 3rd place overall 

FEMALE  overall and 2nd and 3rd place overall

We will recognize and announce 1st, 2nd, 3rd age division recipients for our SPONSOR PHOTO opportunities.

We will post RESULTS and if participants wish to purchase their age group placement plaque following this event they may do so in the STORE. These plaques for age divisions will go into production following the event and mailed out directly to recipients.
