Set the Tone for the Beginning of the Year by Taking Action!

We often want something different for our lives, but if our actions don't change, nothing will change! This upcoming year, in order to change, you have to get out of your comfort zone and stop making excuses. This is your year to take action!

Motivation is Fleeting. Discipline is Unshakable!

If this is your first 5k, you can run, walk, or complete as much as you can. The goal, if it is your first, is to finish. If you came the previous year or have raced in 5k's, your goal is to beat your previous time and get better every year!

Each year we have records set for people who have completed their first 5k, did their best ever time, and families who ran their first 5k together. This is a great way to set the tone of health as a priority in your family and include your kids! This is a family friendly event and we look forward to moving forward in your health along with you!

Race Fee is just $20 and includes finisher medal for those 11 and older and just $10 for children 10 and younger.  After 12/20/2023 registration does not include shirt and finisher medal.  T- Shirts are available for purchase on race day

Our Be Bold Expo and Packet pickup is Friday night 1/5/24  from 5-7PM, or the morning of the race at 6AM.

Race start is at 7am
