Mended Little Hearts of Central VA along with Heart Heroes are hosting the Superhero Heart Run.  It is a fun, family-friendly 2k & 5k walk/run  to raise awareness and funds for children born with congenital heart defects.  CHD's are the #1 birth defect, affecting 1 in 100 children and is massively underfunded.  We are at a new location this year and finally back in person.  Come join us!
